nofglrx is a tool for ATI video cards and Linux. It allows you to use ATI XFree86 proprietary driver in 2D accelerated mode withouth the agpgart module loaded.
nofglrx could be really useful if you are using a kernel that doesn't support your AGP slot and you want to try the ATI driver.
